Since Korasi Scape is a private server (RSPS) centered around high-risk PvP and fast-paced combat, the "unwritten" rules are often just as important as the official ones.
Here is a breakdown of the essential rules for PKers on the server to ensure you don't get banned—or lured.
⚔️ The Golden Rules of Combat
1. No "Ragging" or Harassment
Ragging is the act of attacking someone repeatedly with no intent to kill them (usually with low-tier gear like a Crystal Bow or one-iteming) just to prevent them from fighting others.
-
The Penalty: Most servers will jail or temp-ban for persistent ragging.
2. Respect "Honor" (DM) Rules
If you agree to a Deathmatch (DM), you are expected to follow the agreed-upon terms. Common violations include:
-
Spec-and-Tab: Using your special attack and immediately teleporting away.
-
Over-eating: Eating above your max HP (brewing up) if the fight rules forbid it.
-
Prayer Switching: In "Honor" fights, switching overhead prayers is often seen as "NH" (No Honor). Make sure you know which type of fight you're in.
3. No "Boxing" to Escape
Attacking a friend or an NPC with low-accuracy weapons to stay in combat so a real PKer can't hit you is generally against the rules in active PK zones.
🛡️ Account & Fair Play
4. No Macroing or AHK
Using Auto-Hot-Keys (AHK) for instant gear switches or "auto-spec" scripts is the fastest way to get a permanent ban. If your switches look inhumanly perfect every single time, the staff will notice.
5. Luring and Scams
While "Wilderness luring" is often considered part of the game, staff impersonation or using glitches to pull someone into a multi-combat zone is strictly prohibited.
6. Real World Trading (RWT)
Do not attempt to sell your Korasi Scape items or gold for real money. Private servers are very strict about this to protect their own economy.
💡 Pro-Tips for New Players
-
Check the "Multi" Lines: Always know where the single-combat zone ends and the multi-combat zone begins.
-
Record Your Fights: If you get scammed in a high-stakes DM, having a screen recording is often the only way staff will refund your items.
-
The Korasi Spec: Remember that the Korasi sword special attack deals Magic damage based on your Melee strength. Don't forget to swap your prayers accordingly!
